Expedition Inspiration Board Member Selected As Panelist for the “2009 Celebrating Women In Business & Leadership” Dinner and Panel Discussion
The Expedition Inspiration Fund for Breast Cancer Research is pleased to announce that Board member, Juli Watson, MSN, CRNP, of Hailey, will be one of six distinguished panel members to participate in the “2009 Celebrating Women in Business & Leadership” panel discussion and dinner to be held at the Boise Centre on Tuesday, September 22, 2009. The panel discussion and dinner will be held in conjunction with the St. Luke’s Women’s Fitness Celebration and Women’s Show, which will take place September 24, 25, and 26. The panel discussion will be moderated by Carolyn Holly of Idaho’s News Channel 7. Watson is a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health at St. Luke’s Family Medicine in Ketchum. She has been a member of Expedition Inspiration’s Board of Directors since 2006. “I am honored to represent both Expedition Inspiration and St Luke's on this panel of women business leaders. As a health care provider and sister, daughter, and granddaughter of breast cancer survivors, I am very dedicated to and passionate about "the business" of women's health and the cause to find to cure for breast cancer.” says Watson. Everyone is invited to join this group of dynamic women leaders, who will share their philosophy on success in today’s business world. Other panel members include paralympian Muffy Davis and Special Olympics World Games organizer, Pirie Jones Grossman, both with strong connections to the Wood River Valley. Expedition Inspiration will also have a booth at the St. Luke’s Celebration Women’s Show, September 24 and 25. This show will also be held at the Boise Centre. For the two days prior to the Women’s Fitness Celebration 5K Run, Walk, & Stroll, the St. Luke's Celebration Women's Show is open for business, Thursday and Friday, at the Boise Centre. Participants, their families and the community are all invited to visit the most comprehensive show for women in Idaho. This Women's Show, where women as consumers are introduced to and informed about new products; educational opportunities abound. Guests are welcomed to SHOP and SAMPLE from over 160 businesses including Idaho Dairy Council, Shu's Idaho Running Company, Moxie Java and Subway.
