RESERVATIONS and PAYMENT
• Sawtooth Adventure Team: $300
All Team Members Are Asked to Fund Raise to Benefit Breast Cancer Research
MINIMUM FUND RAISING: Cost $1500. (All contributions are tax deductible)
A deposit of $150, along with your completed application form is required to make a reservation. Due June 20th. Upon receipt, we will confirm that space is available and book your reservation. Space is still available- reserve your spot now!
Final payment is due July 15, 2010.
• If you sign up 10 days before departure, full payment is due at that time.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: The Expedition Inspiration climbs are fund raising events for breast cancer research. All monies received will be considered donations to cover the cost of the program and to provide funding for research projects. Should you not be able to participate in the climb and notify the EI office in writing more than 90 days prior to time of departure, 75% of your donation can be applied to another trip. If you contact the office 60 days before departure, 50% can be applied to another trip. No funds can be redirected 30 days before scheduled departure.
CONFIRMATION: Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you the following: • confirmation letter and receipt of payment • medical form / physician’s certificate • Expedition Inspiration background materials, as requested
PUBLIC RELATIONS: Because there is often media interest in the Expedition Inspiration climbs, we encourage you to get local press coverage. Please call our office for any additional information you may need. Provide us with copies of any articles that are written.
