2020 Keeping Abreast Open Forum

Thursday, March 5, 2020

Sun Valley Inn

The Expedition Inspiration Annual Symposium is truly a meeting of the greatest minds in breast cancer research — the ‘rock stars’ of the field. It is a powerful event because of its singular focus on sharing ideas to move the field forward. There is nothing quite like it, and it exists because of Expedition Inspiration’s mission and supporters.
— Former Expedition Inspiration board member, Kimberly Allison, M.D.

The Keeping Abreast Open Forum is the public arm of this private, four-day conference. The Keeping Abreast Open Forum is a FREE event for the community to hear firsthand updates and interact with the Symposium attendees. The Keeping Abreast Open Forum will take place Thursday, March 5, 2020 in the Sawtooth Room of the Sun Valley Inn at 6:30 PM. Dr. Marc Lippman from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine will moderate the evening. Featured speakers include Dr. Victoria Sweet, University of California, San Francisco..

The Symposium attendees will offer insight into their area of expertise followed by a “question and answer” session, where community attendees can ask questions of these renowned medical experts.  This is a rare opportunity to learn from the top researchers in the world, commonly discussed topics include targeted therapies, clinical trials, treatment updates, alternative therapies, estrogen replacement and proactive measures.
